Jubilation In Aba As Popular Aba Based Church Set To Commission The Free Hospital

All roads lead to the former crystal park Hotel tomorrow, for the grand opening of the free hospital and restaurant built by The afternoon Church, in furtherance of its humanitarian service to humanity, and passion for God.

The popular Aba based Church led by a man of God with great passion for the poor, vulnerable and lowly in the society, Pastor Nwoke Akachi, has hinted that the restaurant, when officially opened tomorrow, will be exclusively for the students and staff of The Free School, the boarding students, the free Hospital patients and the extremely hungry people, while the Free Hospital and Maternity will be open to all to access free medical treatments and care.


Recall that the Afternoon Church has been championing other charitable and philanthropic course, not just in Aba, but across the entire South-East and spreading to other parts of the Country. Some of which includes: The free school, which currently caters for over 2000 students from poor homes, free feeding programme for the students, Overseas higher institution scholarships for close to two hundred students, school-to-school campaign which focuses on empowering and winning secondary school students in the state to Jesus Christ, among other notable achievements.


Speaking with newsmen ahead of tomorrow’s epoch making event which will kick off by 12noon promt tomorrow, the lead Pator, Akachi Nwoke said that the major focus of the free hospital will be on all manner of surgeries, ranging from
Appendix, Hynia, Tumor,etc. The hospital is also expected to conduct free and safe deliveries for all pregnant women.

He also reinstated that all surgeries will be conducted completely free of charge for patients regardless of race, tribe or religion.

Pastor Akachi also took time to appreciate The Afternoon Church for the vision and passion for humanity. He thanked the medical Team for their sacrifice, and all those who gave towards making free hospital and restaurant projects a reality.

In Conclusion, he said never again should a soul be lost because of the inability to pay for medical bills, because the free hospital is here to stay.
