The National President of the Super Eagles Supporters Club, Prince Vincent Okumagba is beaming with confidence ahead of Eagles double header against Benin Republic in Porto-Novo and Lesotho in Lagos as he disclosed how prepared the leading football support club is ahead of those fixtures.

He disclosed this on a telephone interaction with Myckie on Sports Arena at Blaze 91.5 FM in Anambra State.

"We are ready to cheer the Eagles to victories in both matches. You know the Super Eagles Supporters Club has chapters in all the states of the federation and one of the major reason of me being in Akwa Ibom is to make sure that the members are all informed about the upcoming match so that everybody will be there. We are actually preparing very well and are making sure that members from various chapters gather for the match in Lagos because we want the Eagles to win convincingly especially in Lagos."

On the Eagles return to Lagos, the astute administrator said it's long over due as Lagos used to be the home of football in the past.
"It's important, you know before now, Lagos used to be the home of football in Nigeria with massive followership. It's very important to have them back, the followership is traditional. From the blast of whistle, score goals. That's what Lagos fans want to see. Hopefully it will happen, we are looking forward to having Eagles in Lagos.

Prince Vincent Okumagba is on a two day working visit at the Akwa Ibom state chapter of Super Eagles Supporters Club. Eagles will take on Benin Republic in Porto-Novo on March 27th before rounding off the qualifiers with a home game against Lesotho at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Surulere Lagos on 30th of March 2021.
